The No. 1 contract was PHE at 601 Washington Street asking $29 million, reduced from $36.5 million when it was listed in December. The owner paid $30.65 million in October 2021. Spanning the 6th thru 9th floors, the 7,475-square foot quadraplex penthouse has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, and outdoor space totaling 1,693 square feet.
